Q: How do I register for the camp?
Registration is completed through our secure Stripe checkout. Choose Full Camp or Half Camp, submit your deposit, and your spot is reserved immediately.
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
No. All deposits are non‑refundable and secure your spot for the camp.
Q: When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 90 days before the camp start date.
Q: Can I pay the full amount upfront?
Yes. You may pay the full camp fee at any time.
Q: What happens if I miss the 90‑day payment deadline?
Your reserved spot may be forfeited if the remaining balance is not paid by the deadline.
Q: Will I receive a receipt?
Yes. Stripe automatically emails a receipt for every successful payment.

Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Pay‑over‑time options like Affirm and Klarna are available for customers in eligible regions. These appear automatically at checkout.
Q: Do prices change?
Yes. Camp pricing adjusts 90 days before the event. Early registration guarantees the best rate.
Q: Are there shared room options?
Yes. Shared and single room options are available.

Q: Who are the instructors?
Each camp features multiple instructors, including special guest sessions. Check your desired camps details to see who is teaching at that one.
Q: What is the daily schedule? Expect a mix of Yoga, BJJ training, workshops, open mats, recovery sessions, our invitational tournament, and optional excursions. The full schedule is optional; you may enjoy the camp and Okinawa as you see fit.
Q: What skill levels can attend?
All skill levels are welcome from beginners to black belts.
Q: Is this camp beginner‑friendly? Yes. Sessions are structured to accommodate all levels.

Q: What should I bring?
We recommend at least bringing the following:
Gi
Rashguards and shorts
Belt
Water bottle
Notebook
Comfortable clothes for excursions
Swimwear
Q: Are meals included?
Breakfast will be included as well as the food at our BBQ.

Q: What is the refund policy?
Deposits are non‑refundable. Remaining balance refunds follow the camp’s full policy which can be found on our BJJ Camp Policies page.
Q: Can I transfer my spot to someone else?
Yes. You may transfer your registration to another participant up to 30 days before the camp.
Q: What happens if I get injured before the camp?
You may transfer your spot or roll your registration to a future camp. Refunds are not available outside of the normal refund window listed on the policies page.
Q: What happens if the camp is canceled?
If the camp is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive full refunds of all payments made.

Q: Is this camp suitable for solo travelers?
Absolutely. Many participants attend alone, and the camp environment is welcoming and community‑focused.
Q: Are there excursions or activities outside training?
Yes. We will offer optional excursions, cultural experiences, and group activities.
Q: Will there be photography or video?
Yes. We will document the camp. You may opt out of media use by notifying staff.
