These are self‑guided activities that you can enjoy independently during downtime.

Liability Waiver
By registering for The Okinawa BJJ Camp, you acknowledge the physical nature of martial arts training and agree to assume all risks associated with participation. You release the organizers, instructors, staff, and venue from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during training, activities, or travel.
Injury Policy
Participants are responsible for monitoring their own physical condition. If you experience pain, illness, or injury, you agree to stop training and notify staff immediately. The camp reserves the right to remove any participant from training for safety reasons.
Refund Policy
All deposits are non‑refundable. Refunds follow the camp’s official refund timeline. No refunds will be issued for early departure, missed sessions, or removal due to misconduct or violation of camp rules.
Conduct Expectations
Respect for instructors, staff, fellow participants, and hotel guests is mandatory. Unsafe behavior, intoxication during training hours, harassment, or violation of hotel rules may result in removal from the camp without refund.
Photography & Video Consent
By attending the camp, you consent to the use of photos and video taken during training and activities for promotional and documentary purposes. If you require limited media exposure due to personal or professional reasons, notify staff before the camp begins.
Weather & Typhoon Disclaimer
Okinawa’s weather can change quickly. In the event of heavy rain, heat advisories, or typhoon conditions, the schedule may be adjusted for safety. No refunds will be issued due to weather‑related changes.
Travel Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas, transportation, and insurance. The camp is not liable for travel delays, cancellations, or lost personal property.
Instructor Lineup
Instructor participation is subject to scheduling and may change due to unforeseen circumstances such as sickness, emergency, etc. If an instructor cannot attend, the camp will continue as scheduled and a suitable replacement may be arranged.
