Also, their focus on good drills and warm ups provide solid building blocks for technical movement in their students.

My Experience
Over Limit Sapporo is ran by world champion Ryozo Murata and has several other highly decorated black belts on staff. Their instruction is highly technical and very well explained, no matter how much Japanese you speak. They focused on very useful and important warm ups and drills before getting into technique. During technique they provide ample time to practice techniques and truly hone them in. They have many highly technical guard players and their spider guard and back takes were very impressive at all belt levels. Everyone was very welcoming and eager to train with me and when it was time to spar we had great competitive and technical rounds without anyone going too hard or trying to hurt each other. I look forward to training with them again.
